Seattle, Beauty and a surprise!

SEATTLE IS GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!! Take that Green bay! *1/18/15*

Welcome to Hair Hell!
Alrighty then! 2015 and we are still not dead yet! Well, I'm sure that you all have a New Years resolution that you may, or may not, complete! I have a few but I'm going at it wish baby steps. One of my New Years goal is called 'Operation Hair Control'! Here's the thing...I'm black, and this is my hair -->

Blow dried and flat ironed
You know, typical African American hair...I've been struggling with this hair since 2012! I use to relax it but my mom wants me to go all natural. And look how well that turned out! I've tried user perm curlers but even though the curls come out beautiful, they are too tight for my taste
Well, thankfully a family friend recommended I try this new treatment, the The Brazilian Keratin Therapy 30 day Straitening Treatment. I decided to give it a go and my hair felt great! However I realized that my hair needs to get use to the treatment, so when 30 days have passed I'm going with the 14 day treatment, that way I can gradually get my hair use to it.
I also bought everything I needed to help the treatment along:
  • The Brazilian Keratin Therapy Shampoo and Conditioner (Jumbo Size! I have a lot of hair)
  • The Brazilian Keratin Therapy Relaxing Balm
  • The Brazilian Keratin Therapy Flat Iron Spray
  • The Brazilian Keratin Therapy Shimmering Keratin Oil
I got everything listed at Walmart and I'm starting a hair care routine through out the entire week to see how my hair holds up. If you are suffering from uncontrollable hair, try this. Even though its been a few days I love what Brazilian Keratin Therapy has done for me, and I will continue to use these products!
In other news!

A few days ago I had an interesting dream, I'm not going into detail about it. After thinking about how far this dream could go as a story and decided that it would become the plot for a story that's part of a series I'm working on. I will be talking more about my series but right now I'm kind of multitasking between 4 books, so its going to take a while before I spoil anything from the stories.

Lastly, I wanted to share this giveaway with you all at ColorCush.com, the HAPPY NEW YEAR SHEET MASK GIVEAWAY!
Check it out here!

Hi! ^_^

“I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.”

― C.S. Lewis
Hello Internet! We are in the middle of our 4th week into the New Year, I hope that any changes you've made have improved your lives...Lord knows that nothing has changed for me! Except starting this blog and who knows what will happen from doing so!

Anyhoo, I guess the reason I'm doing this is because I'm 21, unemployed, still living with the family and can only imagine what my life could be if I had a well paying job, a nice apartment and a car! Them maybe, I could start working on my dream career...which I will tell you in a different post!

But for now here are the basics:

  • I'm a 21 year old female
  • Single? (OK, there's a guy I like but I'm too much of a wimp to tell him my feelings!)
  • I'm black - and loving it!
  • I'm originally from Seattle Washington but live in Holland Michigan
  • I'm a Christian, but not like the stuck - ups that only care about their image
  • My hobbies include:
  • My baby!
    • Reading
    • Writing
    • Sewing (when I'm in the mood)
    • Violin (I have a normal one and an electric one!
  • Favorite Food...CHOCOLATE!!! (Who doesn't)
  • I'm a MUSIC NUT!!
  • New Years goal to finally share my feelings with the man I love! (wish me luck)
Well, that's all I'm going to reveal right now, but I'll leave you with this:

What are the Do's and Don't's with love confessions? Please leave me a comment and I will let you all know how it went! Until next time!
